Jada, Jody, Jena and Amanda knocking out the handstand hold

Max # of jumping lunges in 2 minutes (L/R = 1)

Max # of Burpees in 2 minutes

3 Rounds for lowest possible score of:
1 Minute Squat Hold
1 Minute Plank Hold
1 Minute Wall Sit
1 Mintue Handstand Hold
1 Minute Floor Leg Raises
Each time you break you hold is 1 point
Goal is the lowest possible points
