“Bit by Garrett”

3 minute amrap of wheel barrows with partner
# of burpees in wod will be determined during this wheel barrow amrap

Rest

3 rounds for time
Burpees – # determined in wheel barrow amrap (min. of 12, max of 48)
100 double unders (singles x 4)
18 broad jumps – 5’/4′
Each Partner does all reps together, no rest.
If one partner finishes their reps before the other you can split the remaining reps
