9 @ 60% of 3 rep max
7 @ 70% of 3 rep max
5 @ 80% of 3 rep max
3 @ 100% of 3 rep max
(did 3 rep max on 11/5/12, use this 3 rep max)

Then 10 rounds of
10 Hollow Rocks
5 Toes 2 Bar
