Max # of reps – with a partner

One Works, one rest

With a 45/35# plate complete the following, resting partner must hold the plate.  If you put the plate down do 3 burpees

3 minutes of

-Stepups

-Ground to Overhead

-Squats

-Floor Press

Repeat each for 2 minutes

Repeat each for 1 minute

Score it total reps between partners
