Rest

With a Partner complete the following. Partner #1 starts, once #1 is down with the first movement partner #2 starts. Each partner will complete the complete workout, however #2 partner cannot start a new movement unless partner #1 has completed that movement.
500 M Row
30 Burpees
50 Situps
30 Box Jumps 24/18″
50 Double Unders (singles x 4)
30 Pushups
50 Russian Kettlebell swings 55/35#
