For Time
Partners – one works, one rests
1000 M Row *
150 Squats
150 Double Unders (singles x 4)
100 situps
100 Double Unders
75 Pushups
75 Double Unders
50 Pullups
50 Double Unders
25 K2E’s
25 Double Unders
1000 M Row*
Only one 1000 M Row, you choose the beginning or the end.
Every minute on the minute stop and both partners do 3 burpees.
Cannot start back into the wod until both partners are done with their burpees.
