Remainder of the minute complete as many double unders as possible
Minute #5 – 5 SDHP 95/65#
Remainder of the minute complete as many double unders as possible
Rest 1 Minute
Score each round is the lowest number of double unders completed in one round
Add up all three rounds for your total score
