20 Minute AFAP
Every minute on the minute perform:
5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Snatch
5 Overhead Squats
You choose your own weight
Go until the 20 minutes is up or until you cannot complete all 15 reps within the 1 minute.
Score is the total number of reps completed x the weight used.
Example – 15 complete rounds plus 14 reps into round 16 using 85#
= 239 total reps (15 rounds x 15 reps/round = 225+14 = 239) x 85# for a total score of 20,315
