“Game On”
20 Minute AMRAP
-15 T2B
-10 Wallballs 20/14# @10/9
-Crabwalk 15 yards and back (forward down, backards back)
-Bear Crawl 15 yards and back (forward down, backards back)
-50 Double Unders (singles x3)
-30 Pushups
-20 Stationary Reverse Lunge Steps 55/35#
-400 M Run
-25 OH Squats 45#
-10 Pullups
50 Points for each time you complete all 10 movements
You can do them in any order you wish.
3 points per completed movement on top of the 50 points per round completed.
