10 OH Squats
(Rx – 115/83#, L3 – 95/65#, L2 65/45#, L1 – goblet squats or air squats)
10 burpees
10 C2B pull-ups
(L3 – pull-ups, L2 -banded pull-ups, L1 – banded or jumping pull-ups)
