Plank Holds (from elbows)
3 Rounds – 1 Minute Each
-Front
-Right side
-Left side

3 Rounds of
3 Minute AMRAP
3 Burpees
6 Air Squats
9 KB Swings 55/35#
Rest two minutes between each AMRAP
Score is the total reps of all three rounds combined.
