With a Partner complete:

50 Double Unders (singles x 3)
12 PC&J 155/115#
50 Double Unders (singles x 3)
18 Power Clean and Jerks 155/115#
50 Double Unders (singles x 3)
24 PC&J 155/115#
50 Double Unders (singles x 3)
30 PC&J 155/115#
Continue on until the 18 Minutes is up.
One partner working, one resting.
You must split reps evenly with your partner, you may partition the reps any way you want just as long as the reps are split evenly. Partners cannot be working at the same time.

Elements WOD
5 rounds for time
10 burpee box jump overs
15 goblet squats
