Warm up – Sally – Front Squats 95/65#

For as many calories on the rower as possible in 20 minutes with a partner.

Partner 1 will perform 2 rounds of:
10 Toes to bar
10 Ring dips

Partner 2 rows for calories.
Partners will switch when 1 walks to rower.
