Skill – 10 minutes to work on handstand walks

For time
5 rounds of Cindy
3 rounds of
– 100′ bear crawl
– 100′ crab walk
– 100′ burpee broad jumps
End with 5 rounds of Cindy
**Cindy = 5 pull-ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats

Elements WOD
2 rounds for time
500 M Row
40 squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
