Strength – 3 sets of:
3 shoulder press
6 push press
9 push jerk

20 minute AMRAP- partners
Partner 1 – 200 m sled pull 65/45#
Partner 2 works on AMRAP of
15 box jumps
10 KB swings
5 push press 95/65#
Rotate after sled pull is completed by partner, continue AMRAP where partner left off


Elements WOD
12 minute AMRAP
6 squat cleans
6 bar facing burpees
