For time
3 rounds
10 KB snatch 55/35 – right arm
10 OH KB lunges – right arm
10 KB swings
10 KB snatch – left arm
10 OH KB lunges – left arm
10 KB swings

Elements WOD
12 minute AMRAP
10 shoulder to OH
10 lateral jumps
10 push ups
