Strength – 3 rounds of ME strict pull-ups, between each set ME dips (not ring dips)

Partner 18 minute AMRAP
25 MB sit ups over box 24/20″
20 OH ball pass @ 12′
15 partner squats
10 side to side passes – each side
* every time the ball is dropped both partners have 5 push-ups

Elements WOD
20 minute AMRAP
Partner A – 5 burpees
Partner B – 8 power clean & jerks
Run a 200 M run together then rotate movements
