8 minute AFAP, using 75% of max clean
3 deadlifts
3 cleans
6 deadlifts
3 cleans
9 deadlifts
3 cleans
12 deadlifts
**continue to add 3 deadlifts each round, cleans stay constant at 3

Elements WOD
3 rounds
1 minute at each station
– box jumps
– sit-ups
– Russia KB swings
– Mt. Climbers
– Russian twists
– rest
