Strength – 15 minutes to build up to a heavy max of the following complex:
Deadlift+hang squat clean+front squat+jerk

For time
400 M run
10 deadlifts 325/225#
400 M run
15 deadlifts 265/185#
400 M run
20 deadlifts 225/155#
400 M run

Elements WOD
10 minute AMRAP
5 back squats
10 box jumps
5 pull-ups
