12 minute AFAP
10 push balls 20/14#
3 power snatch 115/75#
10 push balls
6 power snatch
10 push balls
9 power snatch
*continue to add 3 reps after each set of 10 push balls until 12 minutes is up*

Elements WOD
1000 M row buy in followed by 3 rounds of:
15 KB swings
15 Goblet squats
15 sit-ups
