17 minute AFAP
EMOM complete:
5 Deadlifts
3 Hang power cleans
1 Shoulder 2 OH
Choose your weight, go until you fail to complete the complex in the minute or until 17 minutes is up

Elements WOD
14 minute AMRAP
4 pull-ups
8 wallballs
12 KB swings
