4 rounds
20 sit-ups
20 box jumps 24/20″
20 wallballs 20/14#
Start with 7 push-ups and then do 7 push-ups every minute on the minute until the 4 rounds are completed

Elements WOD
2 rounds with a partner for total burpees
2 minute AFAP
15 front squats 95/65# (each partner does 15)
ME burpees to plate, alternating partners
REST 1 MINUTE
2 minute AFAP
15 push press 95/65#
ME burpees to plate
REST 1 MINUTE
2 minute AFAP
15 thrusters 95/65#
ME burpees to plate
REST 1 MINUTE
