2nd 30 seconds – 5 push ups

5 rounds for time
9 deadlifts 135/95#
6 hang power snatch 135/95#
3 OH squats 135/95#

Elements WOD
12 minute AMRAP
7 push press
7 KB swings
7 sit-ups
