1 minute – hang clean thrusters 95/65#
1 minute – cal row
1 minute – bench press 135/95#
1 minute – rest

1 power clean & jerk
15 lateral jumps
2 PC&J
15 lateral jumps
3 PC&J
15 lateral jumps
4 PC&J
15 lateral jumps
**continue to add 1 PC&J after each lateral jump until time is up
