Strength – Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes (10 Sets) Complete 1 Squat Snatch, start out at 50% of your 1RM and add weight every 2 minutes as long as your form is good. Once you form starts to get bad back down your weight and work on form.


EMOM for 10 minutes complete:

2 Snatches at 80% of your 1RM that you just established

with the remaining time complete:

odd minutes – Max # of Double Unders

even minutes – Max # Deadlifts

*Score is the total # of Double Unders and Deadlifts

200 M Run
10 Front Squats
