Warm-up/Skill – Split Jerks

EMOM x 7 minutes

1 Split jerk – Just footwork – no bar

1 Split jerk – PVC

1 Split jerk – with barbell and weight, keep weight low and work on form

 

5 Rounds

3 Minute AMRAP

3 Burpees

6 Power Clean and Jerks 95/65#

9 Box Jumps

*Rest 1 Minute between rounds

*Start back at the beginning each AMRAP

*Score is total reps

Elements WOD

10 Minute AMRAP

10 Wallballs

30 Single Unders

7 Burpees
