500 M Row, with remaining time complete as many box jumps as possible 24/20″

400 M Run, with remaining time complete as many T2B as possible 

35 burpees to plate, with remaining time complete as many floor presses as possible 45/35#

150 Double unders/300 singles, with remaining time complete as many KB Swings as possible 55/35#

Elements WOD 

15 minute AMRAP 

8 pullups/ring rows

12 goblet squats

25 sit-ups
