Warmup – 3 rounds

1st minute – 7-10 strict pullups 

2nd minute – 2-3 wall climbs

3rd minute – 5-10 ring dips


4 minutes to complete 1 attempt at max # of pullups (compare to 5/12/14, 6/5/13, 1/17/13). At 4:00 complete




Air squats

After the 21-15-9 complete the same # of pullups as your max attempt 

Elements WOD 

5 rounds

3 minute AMRAP 

3 power clean and push press

6 sit-ups

9 squats

Rest 1 minute between each AMRAP
