Warm up – 3 rounds1st minute – 5-8 strict pullups

2nd minute – 10-15 sit-ups 

3rd minute – 8-15 squats

4:00 – ME Burpees to plate then complete a 400 M Run

REST 2 MINUTES

4:00 – ME Double Unders then complete a 400 M Run

REST 2 MINUTES

4:00 – ME Cal Row then complete a 400 M Run

REST 2 MINUTES

4:00 – ME Box Jumps (24/20”) then complete a 400 M Run

** You must be back in the gym before the 4:00 is up for the reps to count for that 4 minutes. Score is the total number of Burpees + Double Unders + Calories Rowed + Box Jumps.
