Warm up – see board

For time with a partner complete:

50 C2B

100 burpees to a plate

50 ring dips

100 double unders 

50 Cal Row

100 air squats

50 box jumps 24/20″

1 partner works, other partner must hold a KB 55/35#. If the KB touches the ground both partners do 10 burpees
