EMOM x 6 – 2-3 OHS with 5 second pause at the bottom (light weight)

For Time (20 Minute time cap)

50 OH Squats 45/35#

100 Situps

30 OH Squats 115/85#

50 T2B

10 OH Squats 185/135#

20 Medicine ball sit ups 20/14#
