Skill – Review Snatch

12 Minutes to build up to a moderate to heavy snatch.  Not looking for a max lift, just get up to about 70-80% of your 1RM

6 Rounds
1st Minute – 3 Snatch (power or squat)
2nd Minute – 6 Burpee Box Jumps
3rd Minute – 9 Strict Pullups
4th Minute – 12 Medicine Ball Cleans
**Try to complete as many rounds as you can. Your score is the number of rounds completed, there is no Rx requirements for this WOD, choose a box jump height, medicine ball weight or snatch weight that you can get done in that minute.
