Classes & Schedules

$100.00 per month for Unlimited number of classes –College & Teens- $85

$85.00 per month – 12 pack – this is for 12 total sessions of classes.  College & Teens $70

$60.00 CHS Teen & Full-time CCC College students 10 Class Punch Card – This is available only to our teens and Full-time college students (verification required.) The card can be used any time. Cards expire after 6 months of inactivity. Must have prior approval, parent representation, and minor signed waiver beforehand. The card cannot be shared (including family members.)

Our memberships are monthly memberships, we do not require any long term contract. 

Daily WOD Schedule:

Monday – 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:30am 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm IGNITE
Tuesday –
5:00am – 5:45am – 9:15am – 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm IGNITE
Wednesday –
5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:30am 4:45pm, 5:30pm
Thursday –
5:00am – 5:45am – 9:15am – 4:45pm – 5:30pm, 6:15pm IGNITE
Friday –
5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:30am 4:45pm, 5:30pm
Note: Please check with trainer/coach for class availability.
Saturday –
10:00am – Endurance- this is a longer scheduled class that is for all levels of athletes.  Please pay attention to the website, Facebook page, and notes in the gym as the location or necessary attire may change.

IGNITE Boot Camp

IGNITE isn’t your typical CrossFit Class.  The weights are less.  The movements are less  complex.  But, the workout intensity will be nothing less!!!  Members can stick with this class as long as they like or move into regular classes.  Cost is $85 per month.

3 times per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15pm. 

RUSTY BARBELL CLUB

Olympic lifting club! The club is a coach led program designed to improve technique, strength drills, increase lifts and reach new PR goals! Whether you are a beginner or experienced lifter, you will pushed to a new level!  Rusty Barbell is held at 5:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Cost is $40 for members and $65 for non-members.

Personal Training, Corporate or Private Coaching– These classes are just for you, your co-workers or peeps! Classes are perfect for businesses, church groups, groups of friends, family, etc.  We take pride and highly respect our coaches and their commitment to health & fitness in their own lives and their positive impact in our community.  We have several coaches who each hold specific strengths in personal training based on their individual experiences.  Training sessions are scheduled and programmed based on your personal health & fitness goals.   Training is scheduled as early as 5am! Special pricing options!  Contact one of our coaches for more details.

Drop-in:  Members of out-of-town CrossFit affiliates are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions for $15 per visit! CrossFit has always been a community of amazing individuals. If you would like to stay for multiple days or weeks, give us a call or email and we’ll get you set-up with a temporary membership.

Want to give CrossFit a try?  Come by with a friend or drop in on a Friday for Bring a Friend Friday! This option is available to potential members who have not yet tried CrossFit Colby (does not include out of town drop-ins.)   All minors trying a class or beginning membership must have parent present to sign waiver.

Open Gym:  We are a coaching facility.  Open Gym is offered only to our Unlimited Members Mondays-Thursday 4:45pm-6:15pm and we encourage all members and guests to join one of our regularly scheduled group coaching sessions.   Classes and Personal Training reserve the right of all space and equipment during this time- please be respectful of that.

DISCOUNTS

$10.00 discounts for each person after the responsible member (2 adults 18+ and children under 18)

$1,000.00 – Annual payment for unlimited classes (a savings of $200.00)

$850.00 – Annual payment for 12 pack (a savings of $170.00)

Any discount (corporate/military) that you currently have will apply as long as you keep your membership active and paid ON TIME. Your membership contact states “Member agrees to pay a $20.00 late fee penalty if the monthly payment is received more than (10) days past the due date and a $35.00 fee for insufficient funds.” ACH payment option is available to avoid this issue.

    I just left a voicemail with Heather, but wanted to see about dropping in tomorrow (Sunday)…. Just not sure if you’re open on Sunday’s or not…. I apologize for not being 24 hours in advance, thought we would be in KC tonight but we are pushing further. Driving from Knoxville, TN to UTAH…! Good times. That said, I am a member of Crossfit KTown in Knoxville, and the owner is Grant Scalf…. I know if it’s 24 hrs in advance you allow a free drop in, which is generous!     I’m coming to Colby for about a week and wanted to stop by a couple of times. Ive dropped in before when in town and had a great time. I’m a member of CrossFit Forte in Nashville. I’ll be there Thursday Oct. 1-6th. I defiantly can pay for the classes. Give me a ring or email.
